Website use
You may use webkron.org for lawful information, project evaluation and service enquiries. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service security or availability, introduce malicious code, submit unlawful material, impersonate others or abuse scanning/intelligence features.
When a contract starts
A contact form, package selection, estimate or automated response is not by itself acceptance of a project. A binding engagement begins only when the applicable written proposal/order and material commercial terms are accepted in the agreed manner.
Scope, client responsibilities and changes
Clients are responsible for timely approvals, accurate instructions, ownership or lawful permission for supplied content, and access rights for systems they ask webKRON to work on. Scope changes, additional revisions, new integrations or third-party costs may require written change approval.
Domains, hosting and third parties
Ownership and payment responsibility for domains, hosting, paid plugins, APIs, stock assets and other third-party services must be stated in the proposal. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and security practices.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory statutory rights. Where a customer is legally a consumer, applicable pre-contract information, cancellation and digital-service rights prevail over inconsistent wording in a business proposal.
Warranty and liability
Digital services may depend on browsers, devices, hosting, networks and third-party platforms outside webKRON’s control. No website can be guaranteed permanently error-free or immune from all attacks. Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law and nothing excludes non-excludable liability.
Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, these website/service terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Project-specific written terms may contain additional dispute provisions.
