Authority required
You may request Site Intelligence or a deep website assessment only for a target you own or for which you hold sufficient written authority from the owner/operator. Public reachability is not permission to test a third party.
Default technical scope
The public fast scan and standard deep scan are low-impact assessments of public HTTPS responses. They may inspect delivered HTML, selected response headers and a limited number of same-host public pages.
Excluded activity
The standard service does not authorise exploitation, credential guessing, password attacks, malware delivery, denial of service, destructive testing, persistence, data extraction, private/internal-network access or authenticated journeys unless separately agreed in a lawful written scope with appropriate controls.
Written authorisation
The production portal requires recorded authorisation before a paid deep scan can run. Payment does not replace authorisation. The submitter represents that the legal name and authority basis are accurate.
Safety boundaries
Targets must be public HTTPS endpoints and must not resolve to loopback, link-local, private or local-only address ranges. Redirect and scan-depth limits are safety controls and do not expand the authorised scope.
Results and limitations
Reports are diagnostic observations, not certification, accreditation, penetration-test attestation, legal-compliance determination or a guarantee that a site is secure or vulnerability-free. Results can vary with CDN/WAF behaviour, caching, bot controls, network conditions, geolocation and later site changes.
Data handling
Target URLs, authorisation records, operational logs and reports may be processed to perform and evidence the authorised service under the Privacy Policy and applicable project terms.
