Authorised material only

You may upload only files you own or are authorised to disclose and process for the requested webKRON service. You remain responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from employees, customers, licensors or other third parties.

Do not upload secrets or unlawful content

Do not upload passwords, API secrets, private keys, seed/recovery phrases, malware, stolen data, unlawful material, or personal data that is not necessary for the project. Do not upload special-category or highly sensitive personal data unless webKRON has expressly agreed a suitable secure process in writing.

Security scanning and rejection

Uploads may be subject to size/type restrictions and defensive validation. webKRON may reject, quarantine or delete files that are unsafe, unsupported, unnecessary or outside the accepted scope.

Retention

Uploads are retained only as required for the enquiry or contracted project, applicable backup/security needs and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised according to the applicable project process.

Client websites

If webKRON receives data to build or operate a client website, the parties must determine their respective controller/processor roles and any required data-processing terms before production processing of client personal data.
