Scope
These terms explain payment, recurring WebKRON Care subscriptions, cancellation and refund principles for orders initiated through webkron.org. Project-specific written terms may add milestones and deliverables but cannot remove mandatory consumer rights.
Prices and settlement
The canonical catalog uses EUR unless the accepted order states otherwise. UI conversions are indicative only. The amount due, tax treatment, deposit, recurring charge and invoice details must be shown before payment.
Stripe and subscriptions
Where Stripe Checkout is offered, Stripe processes the transaction under its own terms. WebKRON Care is a monthly subscription where offered. Future renewals may be cancelled through the available customer process or by contacting hello@webkron.org.
Consumer cooling-off rights
Where applicable consumer law provides a distance-contract cancellation period, that right applies. For UK service contracts this will commonly be 14 days from contract conclusion. If a consumer expressly asks for service to start during that period, a proportionate amount may lawfully be due for service supplied before cancellation. Any loss of a cancellation right after full performance is relied on only where the legally required request and acknowledgement were obtained.
Digital content
Where digital content is supplied immediately without a tangible medium, any statutory loss of cancellation rights is relied on only after the legally required express consent, acknowledgement and contract confirmation.
Refunds and remedies
webKRON does not publish a blanket non-refundable rule. Outside mandatory statutory remedies, cancellation/refund treatment depends on the accepted scope, work completed and properly authorised third-party costs. Mandatory consumer remedies and statutory refund timing prevail where applicable.
Service start request
The production payment flow requires the customer to accept the current payment/cancellation terms and expressly request the ordered service to begin after payment before checkout/payment submission can proceed.
