Controller
TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD is the controller for personal data processed through webkron.org unless a project contract identifies a different controller/processor role for client project data.
Data we may process
We may process name, email, organisation, project requirements, website URLs, messages, uploaded files, proposal and order information, support correspondence, technical/security logs, browser/device metadata, consent records and information necessary to provide requested services.
Purposes and lawful bases
We process data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, take steps requested before a contract, perform contracts, deliver and support services, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain business records and comply with legal obligations. Depending on the purpose, lawful bases may include contract, steps before contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
Project uploads
Upload only material you are authorised to provide. Do not upload passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, unlawful content or unnecessary special-category personal data. File-upload rules are set out in the File Upload Terms.
Recipients and subprocessors
Service delivery may involve hosting, database, email/notification, infrastructure, security and other service providers. Current core categories and identified providers are described in the Subprocessor Notice. We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and safeguards are used where required, including adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry, project and support records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant service, security, legal, accounting or dispute purpose. Uploaded material is subject to project-specific retention and deletion arrangements.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact hello@webkron.org. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office; EU/EEA users may also complain to their competent supervisory authority where applicable.
Automated processing
Site-intelligence and AI-assisted functions may generate technical suggestions or classifications, but the public webKRON site does not use solely automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects.
